Abstract:
[Problem] To provide GDH increased in the applicability to a glucose sensor. [Solution] A composition containing FADGDH, said composition having such a property that, when 0.1 ml of the composition is added to 2.9 ml of a solution containing 10 mM of trehalose and 1 mmol/L of potassium ferricyanide so that the resultant solution can have a glucose dehydrogenase activity of 500 U/ml and subsequently the resultant solution is incubated at 37°C, the degree of decrease in absorbance at 405 nm, which arises from the reduction of potassium ferricyanide, is less than 20 mAbs per minute.
