Abstract:
Provided is an ammonium salt-containing enzyme reaction reagent having a dried form, of which the system is not required to be supplemented with components during a reaction and which can be stored at room temperature stably. The change in a pH value of a buffer, which arises from an ammonium salt contained in the buffer when the buffer is dried, can be prevented by using a Good's buffer.
