Abstract:
Provided are an enzyme water production method and an enzyme water production device that make it possible to easily produce enzyme water from all kinds of raw materials, including agricultural products, forest products, and fish products. An enzyme water production device 1 that includes: a drying chamber 2 that houses raw materials; a sterilization device 6 that sterilizes the air inside the drying chamber 2; and a dehumidifier 3 that circulates and dehumidifies the air inside the drying chamber 2 and collects water generated by the drying of the raw materials. By sterilizing and drying the air inside the drying chamber 2, the enzyme water production device 1 makes it possible to obtain sterilized (enzyme) water from various raw materials.
