Abstract:
Disclosed is an EPE pasting machine, comprising a portal frame, a material taking mechanism connected to the portal frame, and first and second working positions arranged side-by-side under the portal frame. The first working position comprises an auxiliary material pre-set working position and an upper auxiliary material working position which are arranged one behind the other. An auxiliary material pre-set device is arranged at the auxiliary material pre-set working position and can make a reciprocal movement back and forth between the auxiliary material pre-set working position and the upper auxiliary material working position. The second working position comprises a main material pre-set working position and a blanching working position one behind the other. A main material pre-set device is arranged at the main material pre-set working position and can make a reciprocal movement back and forth between the main material pre-set working position and the blanching working position. The material taking mechanism makes a horizontal or vertical movement between the upper auxiliary material working position and the blanching working position. The present invention has a compact structure and small volume, has a higher degree of automation, and can significantly improve the working efficiency of pasting EPE.
