Abstract:

An epoxy graphene heavy anti-corrosion coating material, an epoxy rust graphene anti-corrosion coating material, a graphene anti-corrosion coating material, a preparation method and an application thereof. The epoxy graphene heavy anti-corrosion coating material comprises a component A, and according weight percentage, the component A is mainly composed of the following components: a graphene material 0.1%-5%, an epoxy resin 30%-60%, a pigment filler 30%-50%, a dispersant 0.1%-10%, a coating additive 0.1%-5%, and a solvent 8%-30%. The epoxy rust graphene anti-corrosion coating material comprises a component A, and according to weight percentage, the component A is mainly composed of the following components: a graphene material 0.1%-5%, an epoxy resin 30%-60%, an active pigment 20%-40%, a pigment filler 10%-30%, a dispersant 0.1%-10%, a coating additive 0.1%-5%, and a solvent 8%-30%. The graphene anti-corrosion coating material comprises a component A, and according to weight percentage, the component A is mainly composed of the following components: a graphene material 0.1%-5%, an epoxy resin 30%-60%, a pigment 30%-50%, a dispersant 0.1%-10%, a coating additive 0.1%-5%, and a solvent 8%-30%; the pigment comprises a pigment filler.
