Abstract:
A first problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide an epoxy resin composition and a fiber-sizing agent, each of which can develop excellent adhesion strength and has an excellent sizing property for fibers and the like.
The present invention relates to: an epoxy resin composition which is characterized by comprising a novolac epoxy resin (A) containing a polyoxyalkylene structure, wherein the polyoxyalkylene structure is produced by binding a hydroxy group [X] formed by the ring-opening of some or all of epoxy groups in a novolac epoxy resin (a1) to a hydroxy group [Y] in a polyoxyalkylene monoalkyl ether (a2) through a polyisocyanate (a3); and a fiber-sizing agent.
