Abstract:
An equal division device for capsule drugs and an equal division method therefor, comprising: a controller (6), a score screening mechanism (7), a push mechanism (8), a circulating feeding mechanism (9) and a conveying mechanism which are arranged in a machine case (1); the controller (6) is disposed at the bottom of the machine case (1); a push end of the push mechanism (8) is arranged perpendicular to a side surface of the score screening mechanism (7); the conveying mechanism is disposed at a residual material scavenging end of the score screening mechanism (7); the conveying direction of the conveying mechanism and the push direction of the push mechanism (8) are arranged perpendicular to the residual material scavenging direction of the score screening mechanism (7) respectively, and the conveying direction of the conveying mechanism is opposite to the push direction of the push mechanism (8); the circulating feeding mechanism (9) is provided at a residual material outputting end of the conveying mechanism; and the positions of the push mechanism (8), score screening mechanism (7), conveying mechanism, and circulating feeding mechanism (9) in the machine case (1) form a U-shaped track. According to the equal division device for capsule drugs and equal division method therefor, capsule drugs may be equally divided according to the quantity thereof, so that working efficiency is high, and the capsule drugs may be easily made widespread.
