Abstract:

Equipment for continuously manufacturing metal coils characterized in that a cooling apparatus is provided on the downstream side of a heat treatment furnace in a continuous thin casting production, hot rolling and heat treatment line with acid cleaning equipment, a trimmer, a heating apparatus, a shearing machine and a winder arranged on the downstream side of this cooling apparatus. This invention enables an acid cleaning line, a trimmer line or a shearing line to be switchably connected to the continuous thin casting production, hot rolling and heat treatment line, and each of these lines to be operated continuously or non-continuously (independently).
