Abstract:
Provided is an equipment control device equipped with: an equipment control unit which performs energy saving control services when execution instructions have been generated among a plurality of energy saving control services; and a conflict detection unit which detects a state of conflict when two or more energy saving control service execution instructions are generated in relation to the same equipment. When the conflict detection unit has detected a state of conflict, a priority processing unit will pass the energy saving control service execution instruction with the greatest energy saving effect, among the two or more energy saving control service execution instructions for which a state of conflict was detected, to the equipment control unit.
