Abstract:

Provided is a control device wherein user comfort is ensured when an energy provider notifies the energy unit price to a property even during a peak time period of the energy unit price during which the energy consumption amount is inhibited the most. This equipment control device (30) has a communication unit (31), a first determination unit (36b), a second determination unit (36c), and an adjustment control unit (36d). The communication unit receives information pertaining to the energy unit price for each time period. The first determination unit and the second determination unit determine from among a predetermined period a first time period in which the energy unit price is at the peak and a second a third time period before and after the first time period on the basis of indices including elements of the energy unit price. Among the three time periods, the intensity by which the energy consumption amount is inhibited by means of the adjustment control unit is set to be the highest during the first time period, and comfort is easily maintained even when the energy consumption amount is strongly inhibited during the first time period.
