Provided is a control device wherein the energy price and consumption amount are reduced as much as possible while inhibiting the impact on user comfort to an allowable range when information pertaining to the energy unit price is sent. A control device (30) is provided with a reception unit (31), a determination unit (36b), an energy calculation unit (36c), and an adjustment unit (36d). The communication unit receives the information pertaining to the energy unit price per time period and the determination unit determines from the unit price information a candidate time period in which an energy adjustment control should be performed. The energy calculation unit calculates the energy adjustable amount when the energy adjustment control is performed in accordance with predetermined conditions. The adjustment unit performs the energy adjustment control in accordance with the conditions. The energy adjustable amount in which the impact on user comfort can be inhibited to an allowable range is calculated and the energy adjustment control is performed under the same conditions. Therefore, the energy adjustment control and the user comfort can be easily balanced.
