Abstract:
One aspect of the present invention is provided with: diagnostic rules defining diagnostic conditions for respective diagnostic items and devices constituting mobile equipment; diagnostic models which correspond to the devices and the diagnostic items defined in the diagnostic rules and which are for diagnosing the devices of the equipment; a diagnostic rule acquisition unit that acquires a diagnostic rule corresponding to a designated device and a diagnostic item; a diagnostic model acquisition unit that acquires a diagnostic model corresponding to a device and a diagnostic item defined in the read diagnostic rule; and a diagnostic unit that applies operation data of the equipment to the diagnostic model in accordance with the diagnostic rule, and performs diagnostic on the diagnostic item of the designated device.
