Abstract:
Disclosed is an equipment for five-layer composite laminates, comprising a primary composite device (100), a tracking and cutting device (200), a steering conveyor (03), a four-corner positioning and cutting device (400) and a secondary composite device (500), which are sequentially arranged in a laminate conveying direction, wherein the primary composite device (100) is used for attaching a finishing material to a surface of a laminate and pressing the finishing material to two side surfaces of the laminate, the tracking and cutting device (200) is used for cutting the finishing material at the tail of the laminate material to separate the laminate from a laminate at the rear of a production line, the steering conveyor (03) is used for converting longitudinal conveying of the laminate into transverse conveying, the four-corner positioning and cutting device (400) is used for positioning and cutting off excess finishing material extending beyond the length of the laminate at two sides of the laminate, and the secondary composite device (500) is used for rolling the finishing material at an end of the laminate onto an end surface of the laminate. The equipment for five-layer laminate composite attaches the finishing material to five surfaces of a laminate composite, i.e. a front surface, two side surfaces and two end surfaces of the laminate, thereby solving the problem of joints of a laminate not being attractive enough when the laminate is used.
