Abstract:
An equipment (10) for handling a load (11), in particular said load being in the form of a container, or ISO container, (11), especially for the intermodal transport of goods, comprises support means, or frame, (12) supported on means (14) for moving the equipment (10), in particular with respect to the ground, preferably in the form of wheels (14), an arm (16) for lifting and lowering said load (11), which comprises a base stage (161) connected, in a movable or articulated manner, in particular in a rotatable, i.e., tiltable, manner, with respect to said support means, or frame (12) and suitably swinging, or tiltable, with respect to these, or this, in particular under the impulse of corresponding activation means (162, 162), and means (18) for gripping and releasing said load (11), in particular carried at the end of said arm (16) for lifting and lowering said load (11). Said arm (16) for lifting and lowering said load (11) comprises an extension stage (164), which is supported by said base stage (161) and which is connected thereto in an articulated manner, preferably in a rotatable, i.e., tiltable, manner, with respect to the same base stage (161), upon the impulse of corresponding activation means (165, 165).
