Abstract:
Equipment and a method for producing a wood-based section. The production equipment comprises a laying apparatus (1), a rotating apparatus (2), a pressing apparatus (3), a heat treatment apparatus (4), and a control apparatus. Adhesive-immersed and dried shrub sticks are arranged on the laying apparatus (1). The shrub sticks are laid by the laying apparatus (1) onto a laying trolley of the rotating apparatus (2). The rotating apparatus (2) delivers the shrub sticks to the pressing apparatus (3). The pressing apparatus (3) presses the shrub sticks to produce a section blank. The heat treatment apparatus (4) heat treats the section blank. The section blank is heat treated, glued, and cured into a wood-based section product. The equipment and method for producing the wood-based section increase production efficiency and favor the implementation of industrialized production and application of the wood-based section.
