Abstract:

Disclosed is a technique in which it is possible to analyze working time in detail by identifying the manufacturing equipment used by a worker and the work content performed on said equipment. Disclosed is an equipment operation information analysis device provided with: a means for collecting sensor data per unit time by means of an acceleration sensor disposed on a manufacturing equipment, of a position sensor attached to multiple workers, and of a plurality of acceleration sensors attached to different sites on the body of multiple workers; a means for identifying the equipment operation content from the data of the acceleration sensor disposed on the equipment; a means for identifying the worker operation content per unit time from the data of the position sensor and the acceleration sensors attached to the workers; a means for identifying the work content, which was performed on the equipment by the worker, per unit time by combining the aforementioned identified information; and a means for of analyzing the identified work content and for displaying the results thereof.
