Abstract:

Claims

[ 1 ] 'EQUIPMENT AND SYSTEM OF AIR TREATMENT', is intended to the treatment of air of an environment (X) or of the air to be treated and supplied to the environment (X) In which the said equipment / system is the treatment made by a treatment mean (10) formed by a liquid mass (15) capable of sedimentation gases and pollutants, releasing the air treated through a duct (20) of exit for the environment (X); it is also understood by compartment (11) in which an end involves an entry (12)of the contaminated air (A, P, G), the surface of the liquid mass (15) static and the exit (13) of the air treated. In relative positions being the solids and gas suspended, decelerated and separated of the air molecules pollutents (oxygen); characterized by the entry of the air to be forced through exhauster(l) regulating the intensity of the air flow (A, P, G) to be treated to penetrate in the liquid mass (15), despite the atmospheric conditions, presenting compatible capacity so that through an air constant, in relation to altitude (above sea level), the installation place corresponds to decrease the atmospheric pressure and the air densitforcing the same to undergo a plaque (2) that generates a electro magnetic field, thereby promoting air molecular modification (A, P, G).

[2] 'EQUIPMENT AND SYSTEM OF AIR TREATMENT', in accordance with the claim 1, characterized by adjusting dimensional of a section (14) intermediate complement of the adaptability to climatic conditions, allowing, that the air treated goes along the net mass (15) and to the exit (13) air Treated made possible by duct (20).

[7] 'SYSTEM OF AIR TREATMENT', in accordance with the claim 1, characterized by the liquid mass (15) may also be a solution of the treatment which operates to eliminate odours, by the fact that the system force the passage of the air (A, P, G) by plate (2) generator of a electro magnetic field, the molecules suffer modifications, breaking all carbon molecules, of oxygen.

[8] 'SYSTEM OF AIR TREATMENT', in accordance with the claim 1, characterized by providing the regularization of air humidity in the environment, enlarge in the case to be low and removes in the case to be high, because the technology of fragmentation and aeration of air molecules, providing uniform distribution of water micro particles that involves the molecules of oxygen in the air of the environment.

[9] 'SYSTEM OF AIR TREATMENT', in accordance with the claim 1, characterized by the elimination of carbon monoxide, using the same principle of the elimination of odors that pass by the liquid mass (15) promoting the air wash and eliminating the smoke.

[10] 'SYSTEM OF AIR TREATMENT', in accordance with the claim 1, characterized by acclimatizing the environment (X); the user's choice, it can acclimatize the environment (X), maintaining the temperature between 07 0 C - 35 0 C; suffice for this, maintain cold and/or heated the liquid mass (15) by which pass the air to be treated, providing reduction of power used, compared to other existing systems; consequently provides energy savings.

Description:

Description EQUIPMENT AND SYSTEM OF AIR TREATMENT

[1] This patent request is an 'EQUIPMENT AND SYSTEM OF AIR TREATMENT', especially of an equipment/system belonging to the segment of air treatment means in environments in general or even for an individual use which the emphasis is to use an exhauster for the abstraction of ambient air; a device for generation of magnetic field in addition to the adaptability to different atmospheric conditions, combining multiple technologies, between the mechanical engineering aerodynamics, electronic engineering and chemical engineering that make the result of an system of air treatment for multiple applications to generate comfort, hygiene, asepsis and aromatherapy, by means of the equipment/system, also the user choose which application is more appropriate for him.

[2] It is a common practice the use of equipment and systems of air treatment at environments. Accordingly, air conditioning systems are known as basically composed of a collecting device of ambient air; a device of treatment comprised by means of thermal conditioning of air, a filter of solid particles that retains particles relatively large; and by a device that returns the treated air to the environment. The equipment and systems are known as a central of treatment that attends several environments or by individual devices which serve a single environment. Another system for air treatment is also known: that includes devices that submit the captured air for some type of radiation, for example, heat and/or products of treatment such as bactericidal, flavorings and similar, and/or devices that pass the air across a column of water. At state of art there are equipments and conventional systems that have a compartment with medium liquid treatment in which the air shall enter under the action of mechanical pressure without any other type of treatment.

[3] The conventional systems present some technical limitation such as: air conditioning systems that remove the natural humidity air that, in some way affect the people in the air conditioned environment, particularly those thath have allergic reactions. These systems also require frequent maintenance, mainly of the filters. Also, certain systems, particularly those involving heat and/or other types of irradiation, change the characteristics of the products used in the air treatment, specially of aromatherapy oils. On the other side, the systems that use curtain water as a mean of particle's retention, are shown as a greater disadvantage, for the fact that such curtains are obtained by means of liquid jets incur spaces through where suspended gases and particles pass, taking efficiency below the desirable.

[4] With the aim of remedying the technical constraints and disadvantages mentioned above, the inventor, after numerous studies and researches has created the equipment

and system of air treatment disclosed, a simple construction in comparison to other models. Another detail is the possibility at the user's choice and the flexibility that the equipment and the system provide in order to serve as a mean of increasing the comfort and/ or clean the air and/or change the odour of the environment. Below, the invention is explained with reference to a drawing annex, which represents the scheme of the equipment with indication of its operation:

[5] The 'EQUIPMENT AND SYSTEM OF AIR TREATMENT', object of this patent request, intends the treatment and air climatization of an environment (X) or of the air to be treated and supplied to an environment (X) the equipment is stressed by possess a exhauster exceeding (1), that captures and regulates the intensity of the flow of air (A, P, G) to be treated, despite the atmospheric conditions, forcing the same to pass by means of a plate (2) which generates a magnetic field, thereby promoting molecular air (A, P, G) modification itself, that have the treatment complemented by a treatment mean (10) formed by a liquid mass (15) capable of retain gases and pollutants, releasing the air treaty through the duct (20)of exit, and hence for the environment (X).

[10] • Abstraction and training of air flow (A, P, G) to be treated with pressure of insufflation appropriate, in which the constant of the air in relation to altitude, of the place of installation is corresponding to the values of atmospheric pressure and density of air;

[11] • Passage of air (A, P, G) to be treated by the electro magnetic plate (2) for the amendment of its molecular structure;

To ensure the efficiency of the system it can be added to the liquid mass a bactericide agent / fungicide for the elimination of contaminating agents;

[19] • Elimination of carbon monoxide - using the same principle of the elimination of odors that pass by the liquid mass (15) promoting the air wash eliminating the smoke, thereby retaining the solid particles gas and the output of gas of escapement engines the explosion and combustion, mainly those using fossil fuel. The same procedure is used to eliminate the pollutants generated and entered in the atmosphere by industries in general;

[20] • Perfume - olfactory marketing, because it allows certain environments aware of the olfactory with the goal of causing people to associate the odour of the environment in question providing a feeling of well-being relating to the store;

[23] The 'EQUIPMENT AND SYSTEM OF AIR TREATMENT' can be developed in the form of a central treatment, linked to a different environment (X) promoting the treatment of the air (A, P, G). The 'EQUIPMENT AND SYSTEM OF AIR TREATMENT', optionally, may answer an environment (X) were the air must be treated. The equipment may be the kind that works in closed circuit, i.e. captures the air in the environment (X), is treated and returns for even environment (X), or, in the type which works in open circuit, i.e. captures the air outside of the environment, is treated and goes back to the environment (X). Optionally the 'EQUIPMENT AND SYSTEM OF AIR TREATMENT' may be of an individual type, i.e. to be used when user needs care in the airways.
