Abstract:
An erasing device 1 is provided with: a large-capacity memory device interface 11 to which a large-capacity memory device 3 is detachably connected; and an information processing device interface 12 to which an information processing device 21 is detachably connected. Once the large-capacity memory device 3 and the image processing device 21 are connected, an MPC 14 erases data stored in the large-capacity memory device 3, and then switches from a state in which the image processing device 21 cannot access the large-capacity memory device 3 to a state in which the image processing device 21 can access the large-capacity memory device 3.
