Abstract:
An erroneous refueling prevention device for restricting or allowing insertion of a refueling gun into a refueling passage depending on the outer diameter of the refueling gun, said erroneous refueling prevention device comprising: a flap (4) which turns on a first rotary pivot (4i) to open or close the refueling passage; and a switch (6) which turns on a second rotary pivot (6c) when the lock by the flap (4) is released by the flap (4) being turned to a half-open state and which has a protrusion detection part (6d) which protrudes to a position facing the refueling passage by the aforementioned turning. The switch (6) restricts or allows turning of the flap (4) from the half-open state to a fully open state depending on a turning amount determined by the abutting relationship between the protrusion detection part (6d) and the refueling gun.
