Abstract:
A data error correction device includes: error correction means for subjecting a bit time series of input data to error correction processing and generating corrected data and a parameter indicating the error detection state during correction; estimated data generation means for generating estimated data having the bit time series obtained by adjusting the bit time series of the input data in accordance with the data estimation instruction; and control means for generating the data estimation instruction in accordance with the information contained in the corrected data and the parameter and replacing the estimated data with the input data for supply to the error correction means.
