Abstract:
An error detection device having: a coupling capacitor including a first end and a second end that is connected to a high-voltage circuit; a signal output unit; a signal extraction unit; and a signal input unit. The signal output unit is connected to the first end of the coupling capacitor, via a detection resistance, and outputs AC inspection signals. The signal extraction unit extracts, as extraction signals, inspection signals output between the detection resistance and the coupling capacitor. The signal input unit detects errors in the insulation resistance of the high-voltage circuit, on the basis of the input extraction signal level. The signal extraction unit includes a signal removal filter and a subtraction circuit. The signal removal filter removes signals having the inspection signal frequency and allows noise of a lower frequency than the inspection signal to pass. The subtraction circuit outputs, as extraction signals, residual signals being the difference between the signals allowed to pass by the signal removal filter and the signals not allowed to pass by the signal removal filter.
