Abstract:
A control unit of a motor driver feedback-controls current supplied to a linear motor according to a detection value of a linear encoder. An error detection unit monitors current supplied to the linear motor and detects an error of a linear motion device according to its waveform. When an error is detected, an alarm is sent to a user by means of a lamp, a buzzer, an e-mail, or the like. Thus, it is possible to rapidly and accurately detect an error of the linear motion device.
