Abstract:
The present invention relates to an escalator control panel, which comprises: a fixed panel fixedly installed in a machine room for controlling an operation of an escalator; and an upper housing hinge-coupled to an upper front portion of the fixed panel such that the front of the upper housing can rotate vertically upward around the rear end thereof. According to the present invention, the fixed panel is installed on a wall surface of one side of the machine room disposed under the ground, and the upper housing, in which a frequently malfunctioning machine is installed, is hinge-coupled to an upper portion of the fixed panel and thus can rotate upward. Therefore, when the escalator malfunctions, the upper housing can be easily pulled out above the ground, to allow the escalator to be stably repaired and checked.
