Abstract:
Provided is a production device provided with: a first reactor for generating a second gas containing nitric oxide and an ester including a carbonic acid ester and/or an oxalic acid ester from a first gas containing carbon monoxide, a nitrous acid ester, and nitric oxide; an absorption column for bringing the second gas and an absorbent liquid into contact and separating the product into a noncondensable gas and a condensate including an ester; a second reactor into which are introduced an alcohol and a gas mixture of the noncondensable gas and oxygen gas, the second reactor for generating a third gas containing nitric oxide and a nitrous acid ester; a third reactor for generating a fourth gas including a nitrous acid ester from the noncondensable gas and a column bottom liquid of the second reactor and supplying the fourth gas to the second reactor; a first measurement unit for measuring the concentration of the nitrous acid ester in the first gas; and a first flow rate adjustment unit for adjusting the amount of the noncondensable gas supplied to the third reactor on the basis of the aforementioned concentration.
