Abstract:
An etalon of a convex reference face with a long curvature radius, comprising an aperture stop (1), a beam expanding component (2), a Zernike face shape compensator (3), an aberration balance component (4) and a standard reference face (5), wherein the aperture stop (1) is used to restrict the calibre of an incident light beam; the beam expanding component (2) is used to expand the incident light beam passing through the aperture stop (1); the Zernike face shape compensator (3) is used to compensate a residual spherical aberration of an optical design; the aberration balance component (4) is used to balance an aberration, so as to generate an emergent wave face perpendicular to the standard reference face; and the standard reference faces (5), as an emergent face, reflects a part of light beams to enable same to return back along an original path.
