Abstract:
Disclosed is an etching method for an electrode foil for a low-contact resistance low-voltage aluminum electrolytic capacitor, comprising the steps of: performing a pretreatment by means of immersion in a sodium hydroxide solution; performing power-on etching for 10-85 seconds in a hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid solution; immersing in the hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid solution for 10-85 seconds, rinsing by means of tap water, and repeating the etching, immersion and rinsing steps four times; performing pore broadening power-on etching for 10-85 seconds in a hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid etching liquid, immersing for 10-85 seconds in the hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid etching liquid, rinsing by means of tap water, and repeating the etching, immersion and rinsing steps eight times; and immersing by means of a hydrochloric acid solution, immersing by means of a nitric acid solution, rinsing by means of pure water, and then performing an annealing treatment. The etching method utilizes multi-level pore-forming multi-level low frequency pore broadening to control the etched morphology, and correspondingly performs multiple steps of treatments in a bath solution and warm rinsing to enable the aluminium powder and foreign ions to be fully rinsed during the etching process in order to finally obtain an electrode foil for a low-contact resistance low-voltage aluminium electrolytic capacitor, wherein the electrode foil is uniform in terms of the thickness of the residual core layer, is suitable in terms of the aluminium content in the etched layer, and is low in terms of the aluminium powder and foreign ion contents, and the contact resistance, after formation, can be reduced by 40% or more.
