Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an emulsified composition in which ethanol is used at a high concentration of 65 mass% or more but yet which remains stable and can provide a rich feel upon usage and appearance like cream. The present invention pertains to an emulsified composition that comprises: (a) a polyether-modified silicone having a specific structure; (b) a water-soluble thickener comprising at least one selected from among a copolymer and a crosspolymer having an acryloyldimethyltaurate structure; (c) an oil; and (d) ethanol, characterized in that the content of the (c) oil is 5 mass% or more relative to the total composition and the content of the (d) ethanol is 65 mass% or more relative to the total composition.
