Abstract:
An ethanol residue filtration system device, comprising an ethanol storage tank (1), a delivery pump (2), a filtering device (3) and a plate heat exchange mechanism (4), the lower end of the ethanol storage tank (1) being connected to the delivery pump (2), the other end of the delivery pump (2) being connected to the filtering device (3), the other end of the filtering device (3) being connected to the plate heat exchange mechanism (4), the filtering device (3) being two sets of bag filters mounted parallel to each other in a pipeline; the pipeline of the filtering device (3) is further provided with a pressure gauge (36); a sight glass (41) is mounted on an inlet tube at one side of the plate heat exchange mechanism (4). The device is simple in design and easy to use; the filtering device is designed as bag filters, having a proper structure and being easy to clean, and low in cost, and having a good filtering effect. The pressure gauge enables effective observation of the pressure: an excessive high pressure indicates that the filter is clogged and fouled and needs to be cleaned, and the design of the sight glass enables effective observation of whether there are impurities in the ethanol in the pipeline, and also enables determination of whether the filter is clogged and fouled: when the filter is clogged and fouled, the solution amount passing therethrough will be reduced, achieving the effects of monitoring and protection.
