Abstract:
An EtherCAT P bus technology-based multi-axial servomotor control system and control method. The motor control system comprises a movement controller and several servo drive systems connected by an EtherCAT P bus, wherein each servo drive system comprises a servo drive and a motor electrically connected to one another. With the present system, a power supply processing circuit is added at the EtherCAT communication network port, such that one EtherCAT communication cable can implement the transmission of two separate power supplies, thereby ensuring high communication speed and high synchronicity for the system while reducing the number of cables in the system and enhancing system reliability.
