Abstract:

An evaluation device storing base information, delivery destination information, demand information, regular route service tariff, and route delivery tariff in a storage device. The evaluation device creates, using the base information, delivery destination information, demand information and the regular route service tariff, delivery route information relating to a regular route service that includes a delivery route, and the delivery cost thereof, along which a delivery car delivers a quantity of cargo to be delivered to a delivery destination from a base to the delivery destination by a regular route service; creates, using the base information, delivery destination information, demand information, and the route delivery tariff, delivery route information relating to route delivery that includes a delivery route, and the delivery cost thereof, along which the delivery car delivers the quantity of cargo to be delivered to the delivery destination from the base to the delivery destination by route delivery; extracts, for each of a combination of a plurality of bases, delivery route information from each of the bases constituting the combination of bases from a set of delivery route information on the basis of the delivery cost included in the delivery route information and thereby determines a delivery plan; and outputs a delivery plan for each of the combination of the plurality of bases.
