Abstract:
Provided is an evaluation device capable of reducing the labor involved in an evaluation of reliability. In order to resolve the problem, this evaluation device (10) comprises: a receiving unit (12) that receives application information that includes a captured image in which a carbon immobilizing organism that immobilizes carbon in itself is captured, the capturing time of the captured image, and the location of the carbon immobilization organism photographed in the captured image, the application information being for applications related to a carbon immobilization amount for the carbon immobilization organism; and an evaluating unit (30) that evaluates the reliability of the application information on the basis of a reference image that is an image in which a time corresponding to the capturing time of the captured image and a position corresponding to the position are captured and in which the carbon immobilization organism is imaged from above, and the captured image.
