Claims

1. The community multidimensional webpage and domain evaluation system is a system assisting to evaluate the webpages and domains evaluating not only along one dimension from 1 to 5 scores as it was usual in the earlier systems, but allows to record the user's experiences in a deeper and more comprehensive manner, e.g.: by scientific/emotional/empirical vectors, as well, in this way making possible the developments, characterized by the factthat the evaluation is performed exclusively by persons and not machines, only by individuals visiting the pages.

2. At the beginning the starting up evaluation possibilities and its certain dimensions are included in the community multidimensional webpage and domain evaluation systemaccording to Point 1 of the claim, characterized by the fact that the factors/dimensions can be extended later as you like, and any other evaluation aspect can be modified even in its form, as well, and other aspects being in addition to the above mentioned can be also added.

3. An algorithm assisting the evaluation of the webpages and domains determined in the community multidimensional webpage and domain evaluation systemaccording to Point 1 of the claim, evaluating not only along one dimension from 1 to 5 scores as it was usual in the earlier systems, but allows to record the user's experiences in a deeper and more comprehensive manner, e.g.: by scientific/emotional/empirical vectors, as well, in this way making possible the developments characterized by the fact that in addition to the simple averaging of the evaluations in the status of the persons providing their opinion, we are able to determine plus information behind the evaluators, and the opinion of the userbeing expert in a given field due to its profession or scope of interest is taken into account by a higher weight than the opinion of a person deciding on the base of his/her feeling and sense of justice.

4. Algorithm being able to represent the evaluations defined in the community multidimensional webpage and domain evaluation system according 3 of the claimcharacterized by the factthat based on the information synthetized by the system a search system is developed and operated, which makes accessible in several dimensions all the scores, averages, additional information referring to the evaluation of the searched webpages.

5. Evaluation methods defined in the community multidimensional webpage and domain evaluation system according to any Point 1 to 4 of the claim, utilization of information, their weighing characterized by the fact that they can provide basis to the execution of decision processes of machines characterized by artificial intelligence.

The subject of the patent is a system assisting the evaluation of the websites and domains, which makes the evaluation not only along one dimension using the 1 to 5 scores as it was usual in the earlier system, or only by a like/dislike (that is how much the reader likes it, how much the reader agrees with the content of the given website), but allows to record the user's sense of fairness, experiences much deeper and in a more comprehensive manner, for example together with scientific/emotional/experimental vectors, as well, providing possibility for the further developments.

If we put on the question that how the storage of information was sold historically, we can answer that in each era in a different way.

At the beginning we could not store the information, later it was set in stone, then on stone tables, on papyrus and we arrived at the books.

In our days, the answer is without doubt the computer and internet. And the internet includes all the contents, websites, video sharing, blogs and other interfaces, which are suitable for information storage, which makes permanently available the content to other in such a way that later it is retrievable on the basis of the web address.

However, as we go ahead in time,the problem that we do not know if the information entered some time ago is still up-to-date or is not wrong at all becomes more and more burning, because even in case of having a good chance that it is detected by somebody, he/she cannot delete it and it is not sure that it will be indicated to the service provider voluntarily. In this way, additional several ten thousand people will click on it, as well. That can be compared to the situation when the material collection preceding the preparation of a roman, all its successful and unsuccessful versions, notes were on saleseparately, together with the roman at the same time, in the window of the same bookstore. Furthermore, on the internet the volume of these pieces of information does not decrease, but increases exponentially, and occupies huge storage space unnecessarily and in a misleading way.

We could mark the useful and the useless contents. To the first question, we could answer that the search engines are there for this purpose. But that is a false belief as these search engines do not make else that store the web impressions and during that comb certain parts of the internet collecting references and cross references.

Why are these pieces of information impressions and not real information? Because for them those ones are the more interesting which were searched or referred to by a lot of people, and consequently they consider them as the most popular ones. Referring to that there is a quite complicated formula, which based on the references, cross references and search-words calculates the sequence of the hits list.Not even mentioning the hit optimization (SEO, Search Engine Optimization), which against payment puts the website prepared by us forward on the hit list. In order to solve the problem described by me there attempts were made by several methods, but none of them could solve the issue to such a depth as it can be solved by my idea intended to be patented. Some patents being relevant in this subject are the following: the basic idea of the patent having registration no.:US2015/ 0363504 Aand title "DINAMICALLY IDENTIFYING AND EVALUATING COMPONENT HIERARCHY FOR RENDERING CONTENT COMPONENTS ON A WEBPAGE" is to evaluate the topics, parts of voting specified on the webpage and their dynamic classification. It prevails mainly in the field of "social media". The patent registered under no. US 2016/ 0063774 Al and having title SYSTEM AND METHODS FOR RECOMMENDING REPAIR FACILITIES TO A USER BASED ON REPAIR VALIDATION/ COACHING DATAis by a level more developed and refined system developed for the car industry. It is used to detect the operation failures of the cars being in use, and for the description of the elimination method of the occurring failures. The patent registered under no. US 2014/ 01 15699 and having title "SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ANALYZING WEB CONTENT" is a system developed for users essentially specialized to other fields and being not primarily proficient not in computer technic or the world of computer viruses, probable developed for the protection of minors, also deals with the problem indicated by us. Its solution is absolutely different and concerns only a slide of the problem, as I have already mentioned above. The essence of their idea is a simple system carrying out the automatic qualification of the webpages based on the content. The system classification makes certain conclusions, according to which the content is: harmful or not harmful according to certain predetermined aspects. However, the content is examined not by persons, but by machines according to algorithms/systems developed for them. In our opinion, on the issue raised by us one of the most satisfactory answers, idea is offered by patent registered under no. CN 102289447having title "WEBSITE WEBPAGE EVALUATION SYSTEM BASED ON COMMUNICATION NETWORK MESSAGE". approaching the discussed issue from a favorable aspect. However, the largest mistake of it is the basis of their patent, the situation that the webpage evaluation in this case is also not carried out by persons, but based on a developed, behind the system content, which is fix, is fixed based on the till that time established experiences and habits. The system is good, but the habits and experiences change, so it does not provide a complete and final solution. The patent registered under no. US 20110161308having title "EVALUATING PREFERENCES OF CONTENT ON A WEBPAGE"as a kind of filter existing in our everyday used programs. It is a content allocating program operating within the webpage, performs allocation of preferred content based on individual decision, however, its greatest deficiency is that it can set up preferences within the webpage only. The patent no.JP 2008077205and titled "WEBPAGE EVALUATION SYSTEM, ADMINISTRATOR APARATUS AND PROGRAM"also deals with webpage evaluation, its main line is to provide a kind of feedback to other webpages, but that happens in one dimension only, while our patent is able to work in several dimensions and in this way making our patent more favorable and useful. The patent no.CN 101 122904and titled "INTERNET WEBPAGE VALUE EVALUATION, BALANCING METHOD"is also based on webpage evaluation, but similarly to the previous ones, it also works in one dimension only as the basis of the classification is the time of staying on the webpage. Although the patent no.CN 101079062titled "WEB AGE IMPORTANCE EVALUATION METHOD AND SYSTEM" uses PageRank formula, it also does not use the person as the basis of evaluation, but the certain elements of a pre-programmed search list. The idea discussed in the following patent speaks about the webpage evaluation at the highest level of generality, but as making an attempt to a certain solution of our subject, it is also worth to mention the patent no. JP 2006164200titled as"WEBPAGE EVALUATION VALUE ACQUISITION PROGRAM", as well. Consequently it includes a preprogrammed and not real time evaluation m ade by persons.

Sooner or later, so many solution methods are developed as many groups exist, and naturally by more fuller utilization of the possibilities provided by internet those companies also appeared, the profile of which is to provide a feedback to the domain owners on the usefulness of their webpage, on the opinion of the users. The patent no.KR 1020000072272titled as "EVALUATION SURVEY METHOD FOR INTERNET SITE, PRODUCT OR SERVIC 'and standing the nearest to our invention, provides an interface for such companies. However, it is used for internet evaluation for the companies specialized on that, carrying out assessments approaching the evaluation from a quite specific aspect. Its result is completely general and does not give details of the received results. The Chinese patent no. CN 103246677 (A) titled as "SEARCH METHOD AND SEARCH SYSTEM ON BASIS OF SOCIAL INTERCOURSE'^ an idea essentially processing similar principles, but its main direction is to make the trading pages user friendly, as these pages could not operate without purchasers, future purchasers having no chance to evaluation, communication and mainly for asking for assistance, the properties which make the given page for a lay user reliable.However, while this complicated system practically completely encompasses the webpage and gets involved in its each detail and practically becomes a part of the webpage, our invention does not encompass the full webpage, but approaches the issue in a much more simple and routine manner, and considers as its main objective the filtration of the internet content by the user's evaluation. Namely, in building block manner filters a certain page, and as time progresses by the increase of the evaluated pages we achieve that our invention provides a real assistance to the user when it starts up a search in finding which page includes more relevant (evaluated by persons) information. Without involving in certain pages, and without fully installing the system in the pages, in respect of opinions, reports and several other irrelevant search list.

That means, our objective is to set up such a social webpage evaluation system, which can be useful for both the individual and the community. We evaluate the webpages in more dimensions, by more factors, by which the usefulness of the given webpage can be evaluated and followed more exactly. The information collected in this way in the future can be used for example for the support of ads placement, and mainly for the purpose of A.I. (Artificial Intelligence) development as it creates a huge base of knowledge. Our invention has extremely much positive characteristics and expectations: as our evaluations arrive in a large number in connection with a certain web-page, the objectivity of the evaluation is obvious. The procedure can be applied to almost each kind of webpage, domain, it is easy to execute modifications, reworks; the evaluations represent real knowledge which are easy to use and in this way can be able to fill an existing market gap. Furthermore, there is no similar program or system specifying the same objective.

Our proposed solution is based on the recognition that we can provide a real novelty in this field; we are asking the users about their opinion referring to the webpage visited by them and not least about in their opinion how much is its truth content, what real emotions it raises in them, if the user has any experience in the given field making his/her opinion more reliable. Our main innovation is that we fix the personal evaluations in more dimensions (factors, and the number of the evaluation factor can be freely increased, and in this way the evaluation is much more exact and covering more items than we are used to until now.

The individual has the possibility to evaluate the webpage visited by him/her not in a federated manner, but one by one evaluating either from the emotional side by scores e.g. 1 to 9, or to evaluate the empirical dimension of the webpage, as well.

At the beginning, the evaluation factors are specified by the system operator. The basis of the system structure is the world of the honeybees, where the honey is the information, the bees are the people visiting the webpages and the flower field is the internet, and the beehive is the server storing the information.

The advantage of our invention is the huge amount of information accumulated by time, which can provide assistance either to the individual, or the researcher, developer (A.I. technology), society, or even to a certain company, enterprise. The objective of the information collection is to record the community's opinion about the webpages, and through their collection to synthetize new pieces of information. Synthetization of new information happens in case when summing up the individual's (micro) knowledge we can derive macro level conclusions. We reasonably attribute knowledge to each person, because their experience acquired from the webpage read by them, their career, their wisdom and in this way their opinion and conclusions spare time for another person or helps him/her in taking a decision.

The operating principle of our invention is that in the first phase the users after reading the webpage, prepare a quick, but several factor evaluation of the most important fields of the visited webpage with the help of a plug-in program. This information package (including the information required for the evaluation, that is the ID of the person making the evaluation, the webpage address, the evaluated categories and their evaluation scores, etc.) is transferred by the system to our own server, to the SMDWDE (Social Multi Dimensional Webpage and Domain Evaluation, hereinafter SMDWDE)where the information is stored using internet as a type of transfer medium.In the second part of the operation principle, after the own evaluation was sent from the webpage, the resending of the earlier community average evaluation about the visited webpage is realized. The sequence of phase 1 and 2 is important in order to achieve that the individual prepares his/her evaluation without being influenced by the community's opinion. We would not limit the number of classifications by the individuals from the same webpage, but at the calculation of the average it would be taken into account by weighing that he/she evaluated the same webpage several times. In the third phase the huge amount of collected information with the evaluation by individuals would be synthetized from the SMDWDE server through a data mining system. The different character of the users' tools is not essential, as the only aspect is that the evaluation by the individual would happen, and for that only a browser (and a plug.in program) is required, the evaluation tool can be either a PC, a tablet, phone or any other tool being suitable for displaying a webpage.
