This evaporated fuel treatment device may determine whether there is a location of communication with the atmosphere between a pump and a control valve or a location of communication with the atmosphere on the opposite side of the pump from the control valve, using at least two of the following three pressures: a first pressure between the pump and the control valve in a first case in which the control valve is put into a cutoff state, a switching valve is put into a communicating state, and the pump is made to execute feeding in a forward direction; a second pressure on the opposite side of the pump from the control valve in a second case in which the control valve is put into the communicating state, the switching valve is put into the cutoff state, and the pump is made to execute feeding in a reverse direction; and a third pressure either between the pump and the control valve or on the opposite side of the pump from the control valve in a case in which, after either the first case or the second case, the control valve and the switching valve are put into cutoff states and the pump is stopped.
