Abstract:
Disclosed is an evaporation structure of a display panel. The evaporation structure of the display panel comprises the display panel; several magnets distributed at one side of the display panel; a mask plate provided at the other side of the display panel; several support columns that are supported between the mask plate and the display panel, wherein each support column corresponds to a magnet; and an evaporation source that has an evaporation side and faces the mask plate. By means of the evaporation structure of the display panel of the present invention, by increasing several support columns in the regions corresponding to the mask plate and the magnets, the present invention effectively prevents a deformation problem caused by the uneven distribution of an adsorption force generated by the magnets, ensuring that the thicknesses of evaporated light-emitting layer structures are uniform, and reducing the defect rate of displaying of the display panel.
