Abstract:
The present invention realizes an evaporative concentration mechanism that accurately evaporatively concentrates a small amount of a sample solution over a short period of time regardless of the surrounding environmental conditions or the composition of the sample solution. The evaporative concentration mechanism comprises: a container 1 for accommodating the sample solution; a heating unit 3 for heating the container; a liquid level sensor 6 for sensing the surface height of the sample solution accommodated in the container; and a control unit 5 for controlling the temperature of the heating unit. The control unit 5 controls the temperature of the heating unit on the basis of the liquid level of the sample solution sensed by the liquid level sensor 6. As a result, it is possible to accurately evaporatively concentrate a small amount of a sample solution over a short period of time regardless of the surrounding environmental conditions or the composition of the sample solution.
