Abstract:
An evaporative cooler of the present invention comprises: a main body that has an air supply inlet through which indoor air and outdoor air are introduced, an air supply outlet through which the air introduced through the air supply inlet is discharged indoors through an air supply passage via a dry channel, a bleeding inlet through which indoor air is introduced, and a bleeding outlet through which the indoor air introduced through the bleeding inlet is discharged outdoors through a bleeding passage via a wet channel; and a heat exchange unit that has the dry channel and the wet channel and cools air passing through the dry channel using latent heat of vaporization of water passing through the wet channel, wherein the air supply passage and the bleeding passage are spatially separated from each other to prevent fluid passing through the bleeding passage from being introduced indoors via the air supply passage.
