An evaporator, comprises a water tank (22), a vaporizing chamber (23), an electric heating element (4) and a spraying hole (6). The water tank (22) has a water level automatic compensating component .The water tank (22) and the vaporizing chamber (23) are separated, however their bottoms are communicated and their upper pressure keeps substantially equal.
