Abstract:
A precinct server copies evidence video data (mo1) as source data, transcodes the evidence video data (mo1) which is obtained by the copying, generating compliant evidence video data (mc1) which is compliant with a standard format, and transmits same to a headquarters server. The precinct server stores the source evidence video data (mo1) in cold storage (31). The headquarters server stores in hot storage 11 the compliant evidence video data (mc1) which has been transmitted from the precinct server, and transmits the compliant evidence video data (mc1) to a receiving agency (PC65) of a receiving agency such as a court or a prosecutor's office.
