The objective of the present invention is to improve a filtering-type example sentence-driven analyzing unit for configuring one input sentence parse tree, taking as one input an OR tree in which a plurality of parse trees obtained by parsing an input sentence using grammar rules are expressed using one tree structure, and taking as another input either a temporary exclusive tree obtained from an example sentence or an exclusive tree provided in advance by a device. Acquisition of common word strings between an input sentence and an example sentence includes: acquiring a plurality of common word strings; specifying a minimum number of common words; determining a common word start position in an example sentence tree; and replacing common words with common parts of speech.
