Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an excavator assist device that can provide useful information for developing a work plan by taking into consideration the non-working time due to maintenance and also provide useful information for determining whether maintenance is to be performed. [Solution] A database has been built that comprises a plurality of records that correspond to cases of excavator malfunction and include operational status data indicating the operational status of an excavator and maintenance work data indicating the details of the pre-maintenance work. The maintenance work data includes information on the work time required for pre-maintenance work. On the basis of the result of comparing operational status data acquired from the excavator to be evaluated and the operational status data for each record in the database, a processor extracts at least one record and outputs the work time information stored in the extracted record to an output device.
