Abstract:
An excavator automatic weighting calibration method, comprising: first, obtaining a reference data set of an excavator in an empty load working state, the reference data set comprising multiple reference data groups, and the reference data groups each comprising excavator geometric data, cylinder pressure data, dynamic data, and empty load weighing data (S1); and then calibrating a coefficient matrix of a weighing model on the basis of the reference data set to achieve excavator automatic weighing calibration (S2), wherein the weighing model is used for automatically weighing the excavator. In a weighing calibration process, manual operation is not needed, such that the weighing calibration costs are lowered. Moreover, no human error is introduced, and thus weighing calibration accuracy can be increased, and weighing calibration effect is improved. In addition, regular calibration by a user is not needed, and thus good user experience is achieved. Automatic calibration can also be carried out in special conditions such as a bucket reinforcing plate being added by the user. Also provided is an excavator automatic weighting calibration system.
