Abstract:
An excavator boom and an excavator. The excavator boom comprises a curved compartment, a front boom fork (1), a boom root bearing seat (6), and an inner vertical plate (10). The curved compartment consists of a left side plate (2), a right side plate (3), an upper sealing plate (4), and a lower sealing plate (5). The front boom fork (1) is connected to an opening at a front end of the curved compartment. The boom root bearing seat (6) is connected to an opening at a rear end of the curved compartment. The inner vertical plate (10) is connected to a position within the curved compartment. A front fork center structure is provided at a front end of the inner vertical plate (10), and a rear fork center structure is provided at a rear end of the inner vertical plate (10). The inner vertical plate (10) is combined with the front fork center structure and the rear fork center structure to form an X-shaped bifurcation structure. A front surface and a rear surface of the X-shaped bifurcation structure are respectively connected to the front boom fork (1) and the root bearing seat (6). A front upper surface and a front lower surface of the X-shaped bifurcation structure are respectively connected to the upper sealing plate (4) and the lower sealing plate (5). The internal structure of the boom ensures that a load transfer on the boom is even, optimizes a stress level resistance in the boom, reduces the weight of the boom, and reduces usage costs, manufacturing costs, and manufacturing difficulty.
