Abstract:
An excavator cable reel comprises an outer frame (1) and a reel assembly (2). The reel assembly (2) is mounted on a lower portion of an excavator via the outer frame (1). The reel assembly (2) comprises a left reel (8) and a right reel (9). An inner support is arranged inside the outer frame (1). The inner support comprises a left support (10) and a right support (11) respectively connected to the left reel (8) and the right reel (9). An extendable/retractable cylinder (19) for controlling oscillation of the left support (10) and the right support (11) is arranged between the left support (10) and the right support (11). Compared with the prior art, the excavator cable reel is logically designed and simple in structure, effectively prevents cable wear, and facilitates the movement of the cable, thereby improving service life of the cable, improving operating efficiency of the excavator, enabling winding of both the same kinds and different kinds of cable, and having a wide application range.
