Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are an excavator start-stop control system and a control method thereof. A switch control unit, a one-button start switch and a power supply switch are arranged on an integrated switch panel, wherein one end of the power supply switch is connected to a positive electrode of a power supply of an excavator system, and the other end thereof is connected to a coil of a power supply relay by means of connecting to a first diode; the other end of the power supply switch is respectively connected to one pin of the switch control unit and a first pin of a master controller; a second output pin of the master controller is connected to the coil of the power supply relay by means of a second diode, so as to control the on-off of the power supply of the excavator system; a third output pin of the master controller controls an engine start unit by means of connecting to a coil of a start relay; and the master controller is respectively connected to an engine controller and the switch control unit by means of a bus. In the present invention, by means of collecting a power supply switch signal, intelligent power supply management is realized by means of holding a loop, thereby improving the intelligent effect of power supply control.
