Abstract:
Provided are an exception processing method and a device. The method comprises: determining a memory address range that needs to be dumped in a memory of a system according to exception context information of an exception of the system (S202); reading the determined memory data corresponding to the memory address range (S204); and transmitting the read memory data into one or more nonvolatile memory and/or storing the read memory data in a reserved memory of a single board or a processing unit in which the exception is located (S206). The method solves problem that in relevant technologies, whilst an exception occurs in the system, a large capacity of nonvolatile memory is required by the memory dumping information in a memory dumping mode, achieving the effect of improving the efficiency of memory dumping during an exception.
