While a separator (16) is located in an excrement tank (13), a suction apparatus (70) is driven to generate negative pressure conditions. Thus, sucking force occurs on a suction hose (3) through a suction passage (60) and the excrement tank (13). The air sucked from a head and the excrement flow through the suction hose (3) into the excrement tank (13).
