An exercise amount measurement method and apparatus, an electronic device, and a computer readable storage medium. The method comprises: obtaining, by means of a radar signal, environment information of an area where a target user is located (S11), wherein the radar signal is a signal returned after a millimeter wave radar sends a detection signal to the target user; determining exercise amount information of the target user according to the environment information of the area where the target user is located (S12), wherein the exercise amount information comprises a duration corresponding to an exercise state and an exercise distance corresponding to the exercise state of the target user; and displaying the exercise amount information to the target user by means of a terminal device (S13). Non-contact measurement of the exercise amount of a person can be implemented without the need for the person to carry a wearable measurement device, and the exercise amount of a user can be accurately measured without causing inconvenience and uncomfortable feeling to the user to be measured.
