Abstract:
The present invention relates to an exercise apparatus for helping growth through stretching and stimulation of the knee joint area. The present invention applies a stretching effect on knee joints through movement in the direction of being spaced apart or contraction in a state in which the thighs and the calves are fixedly supported using air pressure, and can apply, to the popliteal portion which is the back of the knee, muscular relaxation and thermotherapeutic effects through thermotherapy by using far infrared LEDs, together with one from among vibrational stimulation using vibrating motors arranged to be flexible and come in close contact with same, electric stimulation using low-frequency pads, and tapping stimulation through repetitive beating applied by a solenoid actuator coming in contact with the popliteal portion, and thus the growth of growing children or adolescents can be facilitated and knee joint diseases can be alleviated.
