Abstract:
This exercise apparatus comprises a first grip part 10 and a second grip part 20 that are configured so as to be graspable with the hand, the exercise apparatus being configured so that the longitudinal axis of gravity of the first grip part 10 and the longitudinal axis of gravity of the second grip part 20 do not overlap in a straight line, and the first grip part 10 and the second grip part 20 are connected. The first grip part 10 and/or the second grip part 20 is grasped with a hand, and the body is moved while consciously preventing shaking of the axis of the body, whereby the muscles around the axis of the body are used in a state different from normal accustomed movements of which the brain of a person is naturally aware, and it is possible to effectively exercise the muscles around the axis of the body.
