A control unit of this information processing device acquires body movement information during an exercise by a user, and makes an assessment about the exercise by the user on the basis of the acquired body movement information. When an assessment result about the exercise has improved from an assessment result about the exercise conducted by the user in the past, the control unit of the information processing device makes an assessment about the improvement.
